This can be in the form of an invoice on company letterhead featuring the item name and value, a price list(hard copy or online), or by including a price tag on the donated item. All fine wine, art, and antique donations must be appraised for their fair market value before Second Harvest can validate the donation. Rob Jull, Owner, Vinifera Wine Services, will be appraising all fine wine donations for Second Harvest. It is the donor’s responsibility to provide proof of authenticity from an official appraiser for art or antique donations. All art and physically delicate donations must include suitable shipping materials to ensure safety during transit to winners. Second Harvest utilizes storage at The Fine Wine Reserve to ensure the highest standards of fine wine storage. Their facility is purpose-built and specifically engineered to protect fine wines. *Gift cards and certificates should have a minimum of a 1-year expiry past the Auction Date.
