Janice is a healthcare and technology executive acting as a strategic advisor with the World Health Organization and leading other impact driven initiatives internationally. An inclusive leader, Janice brings together diverse thinking and creative technologies to solve global challenges. She is a senior strategist and operational executive with two decades of diverse sector experience building blockbuster brands, driving market expansion, and launching global programs and policies with multinationals, governments, and non-profits across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. As part of her research and advisory work, Janice has engaged with stakeholders involved in the food value chain to understand how nutrition is prioritized in organizational decision making from corporate strategy, ESG, research and development, and philanthropy perspectives.

Katherine MacMillan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fundserv. Prior to joining Fundserv, Katherine was President and CEO of International Financial Data Services (IFDS) globally and served on the Board for nine years. Under her leadership, IFDS experienced record levels of growth, employee engagement and improved client experience. Before joining IFDS, Katherine spent more than 15 years at Manulife Financial, holding various leadership roles in Client Services, Marketing and Operations. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program from Queen’s University. Katherine was also honored as one of Canada’s top leaders in the Top 40 Under 40 program. She serves on the Board of Nature United, Board of Second Harvest, the Advisory Board of the Smith School of Business, and the Board of Governors for Junior Achievement of Central Ontario.

Tamara Ramsey is a partner with Dale & Lessmann LLP where she practices in the Advocacy & Dispute Resolution group. Tamara has been a volunteer with Second Harvest since 2009, serving as a Team Leader for both the Turkey Drive and Hero Day, and as a Committee Member for Toronto Taste. Tamara’s legal practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property disputes and she has provided assistance to Second Harvest with employment, organizational and intellectual property matters. Tamara is actively involved in the legal profession. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Advocates’ Society and on committees for the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.

Greg Laurin has over 30 years experience in warehouse management and logistics. He is president of family-owned Conestoga Cold Storage Limited, a third-party food logistics business with facilities across Canada. Throughout his tenure, Greg has helped take the company from a single warehouse facility to a Canada-wide, multi-facility, fully automated distribution partner. He is actively involved in the Global Cold Chain Foundation, serving as its Chairman in 2023. In this role he travels the globe helping emerging markets improve and develop their cold chain networks in support of food security.

Harry is currently a Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Transformation at BMO in the data and analytics group. Previously, Harry worked at DW LLP where he provided clients in various industries with assurance, tax and advisory services, BMO in the product and portfolio analytics group, TD in the internal audit group and PwC in the audit and assurance practice. Harry currently holds CPA, CA and CFA designations in addition to bachelor of science and master of management and professional accounting degrees. At PwC, Harry was introduced to Second Harvest and volunteered to document financial control processes and make recommendations to management.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Jeff held the position of Vice Chairman and Head of North America at a global search firm focused on the real estate industry. He also spent 25 years with Spencer Stuart were he held various leadership roles including leading the Canadian and Asia Pacific business, serving 3 terms on the global Board of Directors and helping to establish the firms first office in India.

Karen White-Boswell, the Director, External Communication for Sobeys Inc., is a communications and public relations professional with extensive experience leading communications, public relations, philanthropic and corporate social responsibility programs for large organizations. She frequently writes about leadership and engagement, advising on how to empower teams to strive for excellence through keen awareness of their individual needs and potential. Karen is also a strong advocate for mentorship, providing guidance to young women and men both within organizations she has been a part of as well as within the broader community. She graduated from University of Western Ontario with an honours BA in sociology and is ADKAR certified.

For a decade, he was a member of Loblaw's executive management board, and led communication, stakeholder and government relations, community investment, ESG and sustainability programs. He oversaw annual community investments of $100M and was Vice Chair of the nation's largest in-school meal and nutrition program, President’s Choice Children’s Charity. He has helped introduce industry change as a founding member of organizations like the global Plastic Waste Coalition of Action, Circular Economy Leadership Canada, The Canadian Plastics Pact, and Canadian Alliance for Net-Zero Agrifood.

She is a co-author of the The Avoidable Crisis of Food Waste, a world first evidence-based research project that identifies where, why, and how much food is lost and wasted across the supply chain, and Canada’s Invisible Food Network That identifies the extent of food support to charities and non-profits across the country.A favored media contributor, Lori is sought after for her commentary and recommendations. She was globally recognized by the United Nations as Canada’s Food Hero in 2020. Lori is also a Clean 50 recipient and one of Canada’s 2021 Women of Influence. In 2021 Lori was named one of Waterstone Capital’s Most Admired CEOs. As CEO of Second Harvest Lori has developed a national food recovery network that redistributes healthy surplus food to thousands of communities in need.

Murray is a philanthropist and has also assumed a leadership role in many community organizations. Murray was named one of the winners of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 Quebec.
